Paintless Dent Repair

Dents worked out from behind the panel with specialized tools, so the factory paint stays in place.

Paintless dent repair (PDR) restores a dented panel by gently working the metal back into shape from behind, using specialized rods and reflection lighting. When the paint is intact and the metal has not been stretched too far, there is no sanding, filler or repainting.

Typical causes

  • Parking-lot door dings
  • Shopping carts
  • Hail
  • Minor bumps and leaning objects
  • Small creases from low-speed contact

How we approach it

Every repair starts with an inspection under a PDR light board. The reflection lines show the exact shape and depth of the dent, which tells us whether it can be repaired without paint.

The metal is then moved back in small, controlled pushes from behind the panel, checking the reflection after each pass until the surface reads flat again.
